I have nothing against romantic movies, but after fifteen minutes of watching this you knew exactly how the story would unfold. It was as unbelievable as a Disney animation.
I would call this a chick-flick, but in hindsight it's not even that. This is the kind of movie my mom would have enjoyed on TV in the afternoon. I'm no macho-man, but guys should avoid this one like the plague! If only life and love were as easy and beautiful as this!! This movie is so out of touch with reality. The female and male leads are very pleasant on the eye. The camera shots are so contrived to make them look absolutely perfect, getting every nuance and facial expression just right!!! It is a total manipulation movie.
For those of you who like a pure fantasy romance, don't bother paying to see it, wait till it comes round on TV or your choice of streaming!
